Agreement
By ordering, purchasing, renewing, or using our +1 WhatsApp Business Number service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
Service
We provide setup assistance, activation support, and validity-based access for a +1 WhatsApp Business Number for use with the WhatsApp Business app. We are not WhatsApp, Meta, or an official reseller or representative of WhatsApp or Meta.
Your responsibilities
You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, WhatsApp Business terms, WhatsApp policies, anti-spam rules, platform rules, and carrier or messaging requirements. You must not use the service for fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, spam, illegal marketing, misleading claims, abusive automation, prohibited goods or services, or any activity that violates third-party rights.
Customer consent and messaging
You are responsible for getting any required customer consent, opt-in, permission, privacy notice, or legal basis before contacting people through WhatsApp Business. You must honor unsubscribe, stop, block, and opt-out requests and must not send spam, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful messages.
Platform bans and restrictions
WhatsApp, Meta, carriers, device platforms, or other third parties may restrict, suspend, ban, or limit numbers or accounts for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for bans, restrictions, loss of access, loss of contacts, loss of business, or other consequences caused by your use, content, messaging behavior, customer complaints, automation, policy violations, illegal use, or third-party platform enforcement.
Refunds
If activation is not completed as promised, your payment is returned within 30 minutes. Refunds are not available if the number or WhatsApp Business account is banned, restricted, blocked, reported, disabled, or otherwise limited because of your activity, content, messaging practices, policy violations, illegal use, or third-party platform decisions after activation.
No guarantee of third-party platforms
We do not control WhatsApp, Meta, telecom providers, device platforms, app stores, or any third-party systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, deliverability, account approval, messaging limits, or platform decisions.
Payments and renewals
Plan prices, validity periods, and billed-once totals are shown before ordering. You must contact us before expiry if you want to renew and keep the same WhatsApp Business Number active. If you do not renew before expiry, continued access to the same number is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, including lost profits, lost messages, lost contacts, lost reputation, lost access, or platform bans. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version posted on this page applies to future orders, renewals, and use of the service.
